Local (Singapore)
Orders are shipped for free within Singapore for orders above $60
$5 delivery charge applies for orders below $60
Orders will take 2-3 days to get delivered.
International Shipping
Orders outside of Singapore will be charged $9.
International postage charges will be added to the total order upon checkout.
Dips are not sold outside of Singapore.
Orders will take 5-7 days to get delivered.
General
Orders placed on Public Holidays and weekends will be sent out on the next working day.
RETURN POLICY
We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.
If you have an issue that is not covered below, please reach out to our team and we'll help work through a solution.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, With Love Spices and Herbs does not accept returns, refunds, or exchange unless the product you received is:
1. Incorrect or 2. Defective
Do contact us at info@withlovespicesandherbs.com with product details and reason for return.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and should come with receipt/ proof of purchase.
All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to the discretion of With Love Spices and Herbs.
Upon receiving your product, we will fully inspect the item and decide whether a refund or exchange is applicable. If so, you will receive full refund/ replacement for your purchase within 7 working days from the date that we receive your product.
Refunds and exchanges are allowed only for regular priced items and are non-applicable for all sale and discounted items.
You will bear the full cost of shipping charges for all returns.
