Jamaican Jerk Rub
Add 1 teaspoon of lime juice to 25 grams of Jerk Rub for full flavour before generously rubbing it over pieces of poultry or pork. For added flavour, sprinkle regular sea salt or one of our flavoured sea salt over your pulled pork or grilled/roasted chicken. It also compliments well when added as a seasoning into dips, wraps, over french fries and meats in sandwiches. It is also great for general purpose.
