Baked Salmon with Grilled Asparagus

  • 2 pcs salmon fillet

  • 200 grams Thai Asparagus

  • Garlic-Infused Sea Salt

  • Citrus-Rosemary Sea Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Olive Oil


Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. In the meantime, prepare 2 trays (1 for salmon; 1 for the asparagus).

Wash Asparagus and cut about 1/4 of end of stems off. Arrange them on tray and season with Citrus-Rosemary Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus.

Prepare salmon and season with Garlic-Infused Sea Salt and black pepper. Drizzle olive oil over salmon. Transfer Salmon to the oven and bake for 14 mins; and Asparagus for 10 mins.
